Anyone can perform once.
The Edge Forums exist for the harder part — holding the standard month after month, in front of a small group of people who know your situation and will tell you the truth about it.
Two forums. Application only.
The Intensive is three hours. This is the other thing.
The Edge Intensive is where you find out how you actually perform under pressure. Three hours, once, and useful on its own.
The Forums are what happens when that becomes a discipline — the same standard applied every month, in a room small enough that no one can hide in it.
Most Forum members came through an Intensive first. That is not a requirement. It is simply where the fit usually becomes clear — for us and for them.

Founders' Edge
For founders and CEOs who have outgrown the rooms available to them.
You are not looking for direction. You have built something that works and you have a reasonable idea of what comes next.
The problem is that nobody around you can challenge it any more. Your team cannot. Your peers are not operating at the same level. Your own judgement has quietly become the only check on your decisions — and it has been right often enough that you have stopped noticing.
Founders’ Edge is a monthly forum built to reintroduce friction. Three hours: structured instruction, then accountability on what you committed to last month, then the hot seat — one person puts a live, unresolved decision in front of the room and takes what comes back.
You will be asked what happened to the thing you said you would do. That is the mechanism.
What you are committing to:
- Monthly three-hour sessions
- The 12-month full cohort cycle — not drop-in
- A small cohort of 8-10 founders
- Founders carrying real operating consequence
- A live, unresolved issue brought to every session
Leaders' Edge
You are not short on competence. At your level it is assumed, and it stopped being what you are measured on a long time ago.
What gets measured now is credibility, and it rarely collapses. It erodes — in hedged language, in defensive escalation, in the widening gap between the authority your title carries and the influence you actually hold. By the time it shows in how decisions get routed around you, it has been happening for a while.
Leaders’ Edge is an eighteen-month board built to make that visible and correct it. Two sessions a month, a quarterly one-to-one review, and a written authority audit — a standing record of how you are being read in the rooms that decide your mandate.
Nothing is recorded. That is not a feature — it is the condition that makes the room usable.
What you are committing to:
- Eighteen months, full cycle
- Two two-hour sessions per month
- Quarterly one-to-one review
- A written authority audit each month
- Five to eight participants per cohort
- Directors and above, currently operating under real scrutiny
- No recordings, no observers, no exceptions
This will not suit everyone.
On Investment
Both Forums are a significant commitment of time and capital. We discuss the investment directly, once we have spoken and both sides understand the fit. It is not listed here because the number means very little without that conversation.

Apply for Consideration
Applications are reviewed individually.
The form is long by design — it is the first part of the assessment, and it is where most of the filtering happens.
If what you write suggests a fit, we will arrange a conversation.
